Each inbound answered conversation counts as one call (including after-hours and missed calls). Very short hangups still count if the agent answers and engages.

What happens if I go over my call limit?

If your volume grows, we’ll recommend the next plan so you stay covered. If you regularly exceed your plan, upgrading is the best fit.

Which calendars do you support?

Calendly (and similar booking tools) are supported. We confirm your booking rules during onboarding and test the end-to-end flow.

Can you change scripts and booking rules later?

Yes. We document your flow and can update scripts/rules as your services, pricing, or availability changes.

Can the agent handle urgent calls?
